RELATIONSHIP S.O.S: Practical skills for relationship repair, Nth Fremantle WA.

DO YOU LONG FOR THE END OF CONFLICT AND HURT IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP?

If you find yourself getting stuck in arguing, hurts and frustrations with a partner, kids, family or colleagues, and no matter what you do you can’t find your way through, then this 3-day masterclass is for you.

Relationship S.O.S is a rare in-person opportunity to learn how to grow connection, safety, understanding and intimacy in any relationship no matter what shape it is in presently. The skills you will learn will enable you to navigate your current conflicts and upsets to find a deeper, more fulfilling way of relating.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

Under the guidance of 2 highly experienced facilitators, you’ll learn how to:

  • EXPRESS your unmet needs skilfully, in ways that invite others to meet them

  • HEAR and tend to the unmet needs of others behind their accusations and complaints

  • REPAIR unresolved hurts from the past so you can find peace and feel hopeful for the future

  • DEEPEN the sense of care and intimacy between you and those you cherish most

  • RESOLVE day to day conflicts skilfully as they arise, so that no resentments linger

  • CREATE and maintain healthy boundaries to maintain your wellbeing and safety

EVENT DATES AND TIMES

The masterclass runs over 3 days in January 2025. Participants are expected to attend all three days:

  • 9am to 5pm Friday 3rd January

  • 9am to 5pm Saturday 4th January

  • 9am to 5pm Sunday 5th January

WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE

We’ll practice revolutionary communication tools, and nervous system regulation techniques, to enable you to stay present in the face of relationship rupture and grow deep understanding with those you cherish most. Our group practices and supported discussions will leave you excited to tackle the difficult conversations you’ve never known how to have. You’ll feel greater confidence and peace in relating to all others.

A SAFE SPACE FOR 12 PARTICIPANTS

The masterclass will be a 21 hour program (across three days) of teaching and direct instruction, personal reflection, pair work and group work. Space is limited to 12 participants. Both singles (partnered or unpartnered) and couples are welcome.

The masterclass will be held in a trauma-informed way: as participants we are invited to share only what we each feel comfortable with in any moment.

WE WANT TO SHOW YOU HOW

For 15 years we’ve had the privilege of supporting humans from all walks of life through the fire of conflict and guiding them in mastering powerful, practical communication tools and relationship practices to turn their hurts to healing.

In doing so, we’ve discovered that, with the right skills:

  • any misunderstanding can be understood.

  • any unsafe relationship can be led to safety.

  • any conflict can find resolution.

  • all closed hearts want to open again.

  • all relationship hurts can begin to be healed.
