Setting boundaries that stick

We can often find ourselves needing to set boundaries with people in our lives in order to feel safer, more respected, more spacious, only to have the boundary dismissed, disregarded or actively defied. Through the lens of compassionate, conscious communication we can get masterful at setting boundaries that have mutual value for us and for them, and so will more easily be mutually held by both parties.
